Latest News Revealing our impact in 2025 We are proud to share our 2025 impact report, highlighting the difference we made across Cornwall last year. Our impact report shares insights into our work behind-the-scenes, and outlines the moments that have shaped the year. In the impact report, you will discover: A snapshot of our impact Shaping our services A peek behind-the-scenes to understand how we’ve developed our services to be better for all New kitchenette A hot meal can make a huge difference, giving people dignity, nourishment, and a sense of control over their lives. Our new kitchenette has become a place to prepare and share food, strengthening connections and engagement with our teams. We would like to thank South West Water and Sainsbury's for making this possible and to Rodda's for generously donating the kitchen equipment. Awards Our work was recognised by national organisations this year for our commitment to workforce development and wellbeing of our staff and volunteers. We were particularly delighted to be awarded the Homeless Link Excellence Award for Workforce Development. Client Journey Manager This role has improved how we manage referrals and gather feedback to understand people’s experiences of our services. This insight allows us to enhance our services, ensuring they are accessible and provide support that truly meets people’s needs. Moments of the year Highlights of the positive activities that have helped shape our impact. Duchy of Cornwall’s homelessness project Work started in Nansledan, Newquay on the Duchy of Cornwall’s housing project to directly address homelessness. The project is in partnership with The Duchy of Cornwall, His Royal Highness Prince William, The Duke of Cornwall's Charitable Foundation, Homewards and St Petrocs with homes due to open in 2026. Project Pickle An exciting year-long project with Rick Stein’s, Beach Guardian, volunteers and our residents which brought a chutney to life. Residents were involved in every stage – from planting cauliflower seeds, tasting, and creating the chutney, to designing labels and preparing jars. The project culminated in our ‘Pickle Party’ business networking event, celebrating the creativity and collaboration of everyone involved. The jars have since sold out, raising vital funds to support our work. Portraits of St Petrocs A stunning exhibition which captured the individuality of our clients, residents and staff through oil-painting portraits. Our long-term volunteer podiatrist, Adam Drouet and the St Gluvias Portrait Group painted 41 portraits, which were displayed at the Poly Falmouth, Royal Cornwall Museum and our stand at the Royal Cornwall Show, raising £3,716! “I had been homeless for nearly four years until I found St Petrocs. After six months in their Supported Accommodation, I gained enough confidence to take my kids on and apply for housing. If it weren’t for St Petrocs, things could have ended up going completely the opposite way, but they didn’t.” - Alex, Expert by Lived Experience Read the full impact report here>> Manage Cookie Preferences
